Manage payments, change plans or cancel your subscription through your PayPro customer account.
Payment service PayPro Global manages BRIO payments. All invoices, receipts, and other payment information associated with your BRIO account will be delivered directly from PayPro. When you subscribe to one of BRIO's paid plans, a PayPro customer account will be created for you, and you'll receive a confirmation email. If you do not see an email from PayPro, check your spam folder.
To manage or cancel your subscription, log into your PayPro customer account using the same credentials you used to sign up for BRIO. Your login details will also be delivered via email before your first payment is due.
If you are having trouble with your subscription, contact PayPro Support.
For security reasons, BRIO cannot manage your payments. All credit card information, including payment details, is stored in PayPro.
