To share your BRIO scene on your website, social media, or via link share, click on the Export button on the right bottom corner of the interface to open the publishing options panel. After selecting your preferred publishing options, click the Publish button at the bottom of the panel.
Basic Publishing Options:
Privacy - set limitations on how users can view your scene
- public - scenes will be visible on the BRIO website. You will be able to embed them on websites, share on social media, and send links directly to your scenes.
- private - scene will not be visible on the BRIO website, but you will still be able to embed them on websites or share them if you choose to do so. You will also have the option to password protect your scenes. Private publishing is only available to subscribers to the 'Solo', 'Team', or 'Enterprise/Education' plans.
Branding - publishing content for your clients? You can add logos to brand your scene. Learn more about how to do this here.
Scene Information - Here you can change the name of your scene and add a description.
Appearance - Choose light or dark mode for the scene controls that will appear in your scene.
Advanced publishing options
Publishing modes - Enable/disable 3D, VR, and AR mode according to your intended use. By default, all 3 modes are enabled.
Audio - enable/disable audio
Play/Pause - hide the play button (this option is only available when Autoplay is switched ON)
Fullscreen - Enable viewers to enter fullscreen mode
Menu - Show/hide the viewer options menu in the top right corner. This menu allows viewers to view the scene's information, share, or reset the scene.
Transparent Background - Enable transparent background - this is a helpful setting when publishing an AR scene.
Autoplay - scene plays as soon as viewer opens the scene.
