BRIO allows you to upload 3D models from your computer to present and share online.
1. Upload models from your computer
Drag and drop files in a supported format (.obj, .fbx or .GLTF) from your computer onto the canvas.
You can also select the upload button in the tools menu (located on the left side of the viewport). Select "3D model" from the dropdown, and open a file from your computer.
2. Check import settings
Set the units to match the program where the model was designed. For example, if your model was created in Maya, the default units would be in centimetres.
3. Check the performance guide
The performance guide tells you how your scene will perform on desktop 3D, mobile, AR and VR. These stats are based on factors like the size of your scene and the number of polygons. Depending on your model, you may need to go back and optimize in your native 3D software and then re-upload.
Performance guide warnings:
Red: your scene will perform slowly or crash on most devices.
Yellow: The scene may perform slowly on low to mid-range devices (older phone models, etc.)
Your model will be placed on the ground at the 0,0,0 point of the canvas.
