Learn the basic options for publishing and sharing your BRIO scene online.
When you publish your live 3D or AR scene online, you can share it via weblink or embed it on your website.
1. Open the Publishing Panel
Click the Export button on the right bottom corner of the interface to open publishing options. It will open on the panel labelled "3D Scene"
2. Edit the Scene Information
Select "edit" to add a title and description to your scene, and click save. The title will be visible when you share a link to your scene. Viewers can view the description by opening the options menu and selecting “info”
3. Edit the viewer appearance
You can choose for the viewer controls to display light or dark mode.
4. Add a custom watermark
You can also add your own branding to the viewer by adding a logo watermark, which will appear in the top right corner of the viewer.
Select the EDIT button in the branding section.
Turn on the Watermark setting. You will automatically be prompted to upload an image.
Upload a logo file in .PNG format, ideally with a transparent background.
You can also add your logo to the info screen, or create a custom splash screen.
5. Publish + View Online
After selecting your preferred publishing options, click Publish at the bottom of the right-hand panel. (you can always unpublish later if you choose).
Brio will generate a link to view the scene online as well as a code to embed to your website. Click "Copy link".
Paste the link in your browser to view your scene!
