Publish with comment mode enabled
Select EXPORT to open publishing options.
Under privacy settings, turn on the switch to enable comments.
Commenting is only available to BRIO users who are logged into their account. When you share a scene with comments enabled, viewers will need to log in before viewing comments or adding their own.
If they do not have a BRIO account, they will need to create one to comment on the scene.
Once you've set the rest of your publishing options, select PUBLISH.
A link will be generated to share and view your scene.
Note that embedding is not supported with scenes published in comment mode. Once you've received feedback and finalized your scene, publish again in public or private mode to embed the scene to your website.
Publish updated scene for commenting
If you've made changes to your scene and wish to publish it for another round of comments, follow the same same steps to republish. The link will be updated with your revised scene, and comments left on prior versions of the scene will still be visible.
